Founded in 1998, the Montreal Aviation Museum (MAM), previously known as the Canadian Aviation Heritage Centre, is a non-profit organization dedicated to the preservation and promotion of Canada’s aeronautical heritage, with an emphasis on Quebec’s contribution. In addition to its museum activities focused on youth, the MAM features a collection of historically significant aircraft, a world-class aviation art gallery, a documentation centre and library, artifacts and memorabilia, and workshops open to the public to observe aircraft restoration or construction.
